Born in San Sebastián, 1980, Aritz Moreno is one of the rising stars of Spanish cinema, as Variety magazine highlighted in the list of 10 emerging talents at Cannes Film Festival 2013. He began his professional career working in television. His first short film, PORTAL MORTAL (2004), was selected in about 90 national and international festivals and won 23 awards. Since then, he has made short films, music videos. ADVANTAGES OF TRAVELLING BY TRAIN (2019) is his first full-length feature.
